We offer a Preloved program for you to return your used clothing to us for resale, in exchange for 25% off your next purchase. Our goal is to extend the life of the clothes we sell, avoid unnecessary textile waste, and offer a more affordable entry point for our clothes.  

Here's how it works:

• Valid only for brands we sell on Bigelow Lane (see our brands page for a full list)
• We'll take clothes in any condition
• Contact us at hello@bigelowlane.com when you're ready to send us your eligible clothes
• We will send you a prepaid shipping label
• Once we've received the items, we will send you a 25% discount code for use on a future order. 

We will in turn mend the clothes as necessary and list them on our website at a highly discounted price.
